Slant Skis is committed to quality and we’ve built our reputation on long-lasting, high-performing skis. All 2021 and newer Slant Skis are covered for the lifetime of the skis to be free from manufacturer's defects. If a ski becomes defective we will repair or replace the defective skis at no charge to you(shipping not included).
Slant Skis has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer's defect, and only products purchased from an authorized Slant dealer or our website are covered by our lifetime warranty. Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the skis. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping.
Only skis purchased at full price or with up to 10% discount will carry lifetime warranty. All Slant Skis purchased with discount greater than 10% will carry a 2-year warranty from date of manufacture.
How it Works
To start a warranty claim, email firstname.lastname@example.org
To help make the warranty process go smoothly, you'll need the following:
- Ski name, model year and size
- Proof of purchase
- Photos that clearly show the problem with your skis and pictures of both skis entirely, top and base
- A description of the issue with your skis
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged skis to us. It is our sole discretion whether we repair or replace the skis.
If your problem does not fall under our warranty policy, Slant may (at our discretion) be able to repair skis for a fee or for no charge(also at our discretion). Scratched or abused skis are not eligible for replacement.
Scope and Duration of the Slant Skis Warranty
The Slant Skis warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your skis and covers all parts of your skis as related to manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not cover skis that are lost, stolen, run over, fly off your ski rack on the highway, chewed by your pet, skied over rocks or non-snow surfaces, improperly mounted, water damaged from improper binding mounting, mounted with more than 3 sets of bindings or any other damage that is caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
We are not responsible for bindings pulling out of skis IF your ski tech strips out the binding screw holes. You should always pay an experienced and certified binding technician to mount your skis.
Limitation on Damages
For breach of any written or implied warranty on skis, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the skis or replacement with an identical or equivalent ski model, at the election of Slant Skis. Slant Skis is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product.
